Q: What do you think is the next Health or Fitness trend?

Tiffany: I am seeing a huge shift in digital spaces and feel like that isn't going anywhere, just getting more popular.

Q: What does Health & Wellness mean to you?

Tiffany: It means being able to do the things I want to do in life without any physical barriers and I am very grateful for that!

Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?

Tiffany:It's not really just one person, more so the collective of women who have felt unseen in this industry - I see you and you inspire me to keep creating, keep building, and to keep honing my craft!

Q: How does Hydration and Foam Rolling have a part in your daily life?

Tiffany: My body is stressed most of the week with training clients, working out, running, etc.. so letting my body recover has been major in keeping me going and MOBOT plays a big role in that!!!

Q: How has MOBOT helped your body to recover and handle your days?

Tiffany: It’s convenient! Lol!!

Q: Why do you think you've become so successful in the things you do?

Tiffany: I'm always innovating my brand! I don't like stale or boring, and fitness can become that sometimes, so I always try to do something new or improve on what I am already offering!

 

 Wake up and pray

Q: Do you have any special rituals/routines that you want to share with us that have been a key in your Wellness?

Tiffany: I wake up very early to have enough time to pray and meditate. It sets the tone for my day and on Fridays, I try to do as little as possible!!! Those are my fun days to just do Tiff!
