INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, our shipping services are limited to specific zones, and unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We understand this may be a bit disappointing, but we are committed to providing the best possible service within our current capabilities.

If you are outside of our shipping zones and still interested in our products, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team at mobot@mobot. The team will be happy to assist you further and explore potential options to accommodate your request. 


CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address before you finalize your order. If your address is entered incorrectly at purchase, please contact us immediately to correct before it ships, otherwise once shipped the delivery service will attempt to deliver then send it back to the warehouse. Upon return, we will contact you for an alternate shipping address – additional shipping charges may apply.

EXCHANGES / CHANGE OF MIND – UNSHIPPED ITEMS

If your purchased item has not yet been shipped, we offer flexibility for modifications or exchanges without incurring fees.

To initiate any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at mobot@mobot.com. When reaching out, kindly use the title ‘URGENT – Exchange Request’ for expedited attention to your matter.

Please note that this provision is applicable exclusively to items that have not yet been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, standard terms and conditions for exchanges and modifications will apply.

EXCHANGES / CHANGE OF MIND – SHIPPED ITEMS

1). If you would like to exchange due to a change of mind, please reach out to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at mobot@mobot.com with your proof of purchase. Please put “Exchange Request’ in the subject line and include your order number and reason for return. To qualify for an exchange, your product and packaging must be returned in re-sellable and unused condition so we can resend you the product you desire. If the product was purchased at full price, we will cover shipping both ways and send you a return label. If the product was purchased at a discount, shipping and restocking fee will be covered by the customer, both ways for a flat fee of $12.99 each way (USA ONLY).

  • A team member will then provide you with a return label (free of charge for full-priced items OR at a $12.99 fee) USA ONLY
  • Once your MOBOT arrives, a team member will inspect to ensure it's in unused condition
  • Once the inspection is complete, we will send you an invoice for shipping your new product to you (if necessary).
  • Once you have completed the invoice we will ship out your new product.

2). If you have received a damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at mobot@mobot.com with your proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the damage and we will be happy to rectify the situation to make sure you have a quality product in your hands. We, MOBOT, will cover shipping both ways. When emailing us, please put “Exchange Request’ in the subject line and include your order number.

  • A team member will then provide you with the delivery address, we will cover shipping your product back to us.
  • Once your MOBOT arrives, a team member will inspect to ensure the condition of the product is unused with original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received
  • Once the inspection is complete, we will ship your new product to you.

      RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      We will accept the return of a brand-new product, unused with all its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Full-priced items are eligible for return for a full refund + free shipping. Items purchased at a discount are eligible for a return for site credit + return shipping at a flat rate of $12.99 (USA ONLY).

      To receive a refund:

      • Product must be purchased directly from www.mobot.com
      • Request to return is within 15 days of delivery date
      • The product is in perfect, unused condition with original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received

      Contact us at roll@mobot.com with ‘Returns Request’ in the subject line and include your order number and reason for return.
      • A team member will then provide you with a return label (free of charge for full-priced items OR at a $12.99 fee for products purchased at a discount) USA ONLY
      • Once your MOBOT arrives, a team member will inspect to ensure it's unused
      • Once the inspection is complete, it will take approximately 2 weeks after we receive your product (shipping charges are not refundable, we do not accept COD deliveries)
      • If the return is for a quality issue, please reach out to us at roll@mobot.com with your order number and details. 
      • Used MOBOTs cannot be returned unless defective. We do not accept returns for everyday wear and tear including dropping. See our Warranty Policy for more information.
      Please select your items carefully – once an order is completed through the website we aim to ship out as soon as is practically possible. Changes are not able to be processed once shipped, and the returns process would need to be followed.

      STOLEN ITEMS

      If your items have been successfully delivered as shown in the tracking history, but you are unable to locate them, we are not liable for stolen packages. We offer Route Insurance as an option for extra protection and you can reach out to them anytime to resolve issues regarding missing packages.

      MISSING AN ITEM

      In the unfortunate event that you discover a missing item in your delivered order, we understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly.

      Please report any missing items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Reach out to our dedicated customer service team at mobot@mobot.com and include your proof of purchase/order number for reference.

      To expedite the resolution process, provide clear photos of both the original packing and all items received. This documentation is crucial for our investigation and swift action.

      Ensure that all necessary information and photographic evidence are submitted within the initial 24-hour window to qualify for the resolution process.

      WARRANTY

      All MOBOTs have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage or loss caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage of your MOBOT. If your MOBOT arrives and its condition is questionable and you want to file a warranty claim, follow these steps:
      Step 1: Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase. If the date of purchase cannot be verified, MOBOT will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture of the MOBOT (if possible), the condition of the MOBOT and the type of defect.
      Step 2: Contact us at roll@mobot.com with details of your MOBOT to be returned and we will provide you the details of return. MOBOT will cover the shipment fees for the return of defective or damaged items.
