My name is Sammie and I’m a registered nurse, trainer and holistic nutritionist.  I get to see health on both spectrums so I like to be more in the preventative side.  Keeping my health physically, nutritionally and mentally balanced is what keeps me moving on a daily.

When did you start foam rolling?
A few years ago when my body kept getting tweaked from not practicing recovery.

 

  How has MOBOT helped you?
ot only does it force me to drink water (I’m a camel) but it allows me to get into my muscle whenever necessary.  I don’t have to go home for a foam roller or tennis ball. It stays handy!

 

Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Go slow and deep breaths!
