Donald Ryan Hodge is a manual therapist+strength & conditioning coach. He's been coaching people over 10 years using hands-on treatment and movement to get people out of pain, and training however they desire. With a degree in nutrition, he also understands that health is more than just movement. When appropriate he helps people improve diet and lifestyle habits to make any positive changes stick long term. He's worked with professional athletes, Olympic athletes, celebrities, executives, and more find their ideal balance of health. Helping people find this balance and reaching goals moves me!
