I have been a mover all my life! I started dancing at the age of two. My parents tried to put me in other sports (soccer and t-ball) however dance was my passion. After years of training and competing, I went to UCLA to study dance and theater. Throughout my college studies, I started my dance career where I worked on music videos, commercials, and live shows. After college, I found F45. I have been a trainer with F45 for the past two years and love being able to create a community and help others achieve their fitness goals. Along with being a fitness trainer, I am also a professional cheerleader for the NFL. Moving and dancing bring me joy and I love that I can share that joy with others.

When did you start foam rolling?
Started foam rolling in high school when I would train 5-6 hours a day.
How has MOBOT helped you?
My MOBOT has not only helped me stay hydrated, but it has made it much easier to travel to rehearsal or the gym and roll out. With my MOBOT there is no excuse not to recovery by rolling out and staying hydrated.
