There is nothing better than getting to see people come alive in their bodies. Whether that is reawakening self love or moving in a pain free way; I am grateful for a career that provides and holds space for people’s optimization. I love to laugh. I love to learn about the human body. I love being inspired and inspiring others. Most importantly, I love being a mother to my little man, Beau.
Years ago because my Physical Therapist recommended I add rolling into my routine.
How has MOBOT helped you?
I love the convenience of having the FUNCTIONALITY of a foam roller with me everywhere I go. Even my 6 year old son is obsessed with his mobot-although if I can’t find mine, it’s typically because he’s got it. lol
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Start slow and remember pain and tightness are symptoms, not the issue. Breathe and hold as best you can. You can build up a tolerance in time.
I teach Kinstretch which is a highly specialized mobility training class for ANYONE with a human BODY. I think it’s a perfect accompaniment to foam rolling and life in general. Come take a class and if you ask nicely, I’ll let you roll around on BIG BERTHA!
