I started foam rolling consistently in 2014 and have reaped the benefits ever since. My body has felt flexible and agile because of all the mobility training I have incorporated.
How has MOBOT helped you?
MOBOT has allowed me to feel good while traveling. I take my MOBOT everywhere I go and foam roll before flights, trains, buses, and car rides. It’s been a savior any time I get to a gym that doesn’t have a foam roller! My MOBOT has truly helped me stay loose and free of pain wherever I go.
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Start with a problem area for 2 minutes a day and do it every morning when you wake up. Once you get the hang of that, start adding on body parts so that your entire body can soak in the benefits.
We only get one body, why not make it feel as good as it can?? Mobilize, hydrate, train hard, and repeat.
