Health and fitness is my passion, my lifestyle and my key to fulfillment. I am a career Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Boxing fitness Instructor. My background is exercise science and holistic health, I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry throughout North America (Toronto, LA) and Australia over the past 8 years where I coach my community that fitness should be viewed as a holistic model encompassing the principles of movement science, nutrition and recovery practices, (Move.Fuel.Nurture) to optimize real life long results. My mission is to make my community fall in love with the way they MOVE! My love for movement is what moves me, I box, dance, flow, and am so open-minded to any movement modality that connects the mind and body! Movement is key to living in alignment.
