Rolling out the ITB. I always have knots in my ITB from a past surgery. I’m rolling it out constantly. The MOBOT helps me get in the little knotty grooves that I can’t reach with a standard roller.
When did you start foam rolling?
I started foam rolling in college when I started playing rugby. I’ve always been an athlete, but never really understood the importance of muscle recovery and foam rolling until I was about 18. I wish I would have done it sooner!
How has MOBOT helped you?
I’m always looking for the next rehab/prehab item that works with my life style, which is always on the go and traveling. MOBOT is easy to travel with it, is easy to hook onto my laptop bag or backpack and I can use it whenever I need.
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Start slow but get creative. There are so many variations of foam rolling and I’m constantly figuring out how to relieve pressure in different parts of my body.
Definitely love the MOBOT branding and what it has brought to the athlete community. MOBOT has done a great job at spreading the word of foam rolling through interactive videos and ‘how-to’ posts. Not only athletes could use foam rolling, everyone needs a bit of body/muscle relief and the MOBOT is a great place to start!.
