Glutes roll out! The Big Bertha is perfect to sit on top of and roll around for tight glutes. Can be done multitasking, which is key for my life as a mom.
When did you start foam rolling?
Many years ago (too many to count) but only recently with more consistency. Years of dancing plus being a toddler mama takes a toll, I need to roll daily to keep myself moving freely.
How has MOBOT helped you?
1, Hydration - my Big Bertha holds 40 oz, so I am constantly drinking more by default. I love to challenge myself and see how many refills I can get through in a day. 2, Rolling more - convenience is key when you are always on the move/run. Having a foam roller with me everywhere I go has been so helpful to me getting more rolling in daily.
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Breathe! And take it slow to start. It can be intense, so ease into it.
Having a sustainable water bottle is just a small part in what I can do to make sure my son gets to enjoy this planet as much as I have.
