Your Favorite MOBOT move?
It hurts so much but rolling out my IT-bands. It’s good for all the neighboring muscles to loosen up.
When did you start foam rolling?
Training gymnastics when I was a child then onto college when I competed for Kent States T&F team for pole vaulting. We were forced to do it every day.
How has MOBOT helped you?
I no longer have to lug around a bag with my foam roller in it!
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Try to not tense up when you feel pain and stop on areas where there may be a knot to break up the tissue.
