Hi my name is Danielle Coleman and I am originally from Paramus, New Jersey. I graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with my BFA in Dance, and from there I relocated to the West Coast to pursue a professional dance career. Outside of dance I lead an active life in the fitness industry where I teach barre classes, am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and teach at other various studios in the Los Angeles area.
I am moved by people and workouts that challenge me emotionally and physically. I love jumping into new things and am always up for a challenge. I love existing in spaces where there is an openness to learn, great energy, and good music!.
I started foam rolling when I was in college when I was 18 and started training in dance intensely seven days a week.
How has MOBOT helped you?
Mobot is the perfect accessory to bring to all of my jobs and throughout my active days. I run between teaching various dance and fitness classes and it’s the perfect tool to help me get through my physical days. The main appeal to me was that I could travel with a reusable water bottle AND a foam roller on different professional dance jobs and save myself space in my suitcase!
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
It’s a lifesaver to your muscles and body and should be practiced daily! With Mobot it’s convenient and easy to do anywhere.
